At Nuvaro, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:
United States: 5–12 business days
Canada: 7–15 business days
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
Europe: 5–12 business days
Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered.
From time to time, Nuvaro may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable offers will be displayed during checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email at trynuvaro@gmail.com (or the email address you used when placing your order) containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.
To provide the fastest delivery possible, items from the same order may be shipped separately. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authority.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
Nuvaro is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at trynuvaro@gmail.com. We will do our best to update your order before it ships.
If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help find the best possible resolution.
